Abstract

Předmětem práce je řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní rozdělení rizik, následně na management rizik a jejich řízení. Praktická část řeší identifikaci a analýzu rizik spojenou s návrhem opatření na jejich eliminaci. Praktická část je řešena na konkrétním projektu, jehož realizací byla pověřena konkrétní stavební společnost.The subject of the work is risk management in construction company. The theoretical part focuses on the basic division of risk, then to risk management and control. The practical part solves the identification and analysis of risks associated with the proposal of measures to eliminate them. The practical part is solved on a particular project, whose implementation was entrusted to a particular construction company.
