Analýza poptávky a její využití pro budování konkurenceschopnosti firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou poptávky firmy Apleg systems, s.r.o., která se zaměřuje na výrobu, prodej komponentů oplocení, poskytování služeb v podobě montáží a poradenství. Charakterizuje trh, na kterém firma působí, analyzuje zákazníky, faktory ovlivňující jejich poptávku a pomocí cenové elasticity poptávky zjišťuje jejich reakce na změny cen. Provádí analýzu prostředí firmy a analýzu konkurence a na základě výsledků těchto analýz navrhuje opatření na zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti této firmy.This thesis deals with the demand analysis of the company Apleg systems, Ltd., which focuses on the production, sale of fencing components and service providing in the form montages and advice. It characterizes the market in which the company operates, and analyses customers and factors affecting their demand through price elasticity of demand determines their reactions to price changes. Performs analysis of the company and the competition analysis and based on results of these analyses proposes measures to improve the competitiveness of this company.
