Návrh způsobu financování vlastního bydlení

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá zkoumáním situace na trhu s nemovitostmi a možnostmi financování bydlení. Teoretická část obsahuje zejména vymezení základních pojmů a seznámení s hlavními oblastmi financování bydlení. Praktická část se zaměřuje spíše na analýzu současné situace související s tímto tématem. Částí této práce je i modelová situace vlastního financování bydlení a srovnání pronájmu a koupě vlastního bydlení.This thesis provides a detailed research on the present condition of the realty market and possibilities of housing financing. Explanation of basic terms on the major fields of housing financing is covered in the theoretical part. The practical part focused on analysis of the present condition connected with the above mentioned topic. In addition, a model situation of author´s own housing financing is included in the thesis. Both the lease and the purchase of housing are compared.
