Výsledkem je zpracování technické zprávy ke stavebně technologickému projektu, koordinační situace stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, časový a finanční plán výstavby v rovině objektů, popis realizací hlavních technologických etap hlavního stavebního objektu, výkres zařízení staveniště, návrh hlavních stavebních strojů, podrobný časový plán hlavního stavebního objektu, položkový rozpočet, technologický předpis pro provedení základových konstrukcí sestávajících se z vrtaných pilot a opěrných stěn, kontrolní a zkušební plán kvality pro danou etapu, výkresy zařízení staveniště zemních prací a konstrukce haly.	cs
