dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu stavby Skladová hala s administrativou Greenhouse v obci Březhrad. V rámci práce je zpracována technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, koordinačně dopravní situace včetně návrhu dopravních tras a studie realizace hlavních technologických etap. Dále je řešen propočet stavby, objektový časový a finanční plán a časový plán hlavního stavebního objektu. Práce také obsahuje soupis prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr pro hlavní stavební objekt. Dále se práce zabývá návrhem zařízení staveniště včetně technické zprávy a návrhem hlavních strojních sestav. Zpracován byl také technologický předpis pro provádění hlubinného založení objektu včetně kontrolního zkušebního plánu, hluková studie a specializovaná kapitola zabývající se posouzením variant způsobu realizace opěrných stěn.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this diploma thesis is the development of a construction and project for the construction of the building of the Greenhouse warehouse with administration in the village of Březhrad. The thesis includes a technical report for the construction and technology project, coordination of the traffic situation including the design of transport routes and a study of the implementation of the main technological stages. In addition, the calculation of the construction, the object time and financial plan and the time plan of the main construction object are addressed. The work also includes a list of works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities for the main construction object. In addition, the work deals with the design of the site facilities including the technical report and the design of the main machinery assemblies. A technological regulation for the implementation of the deep foundation of the building including a control test plan, a noise study and a specialised chapter dealing with the assessment of options for the implementation of retaining walls have also been prepared.	en
