dc.description.abstractV příspěvku je popsána komplexní analýza neobvyklé silniční nehody s využitím velkého objemu dat z tachografických záznamů tří vozidel. V jednom krajském městě byl v 5 hodin ráno nalezen na komunikaci ležící muž bez známek života. Při prvotním ohledání bylo zjištěno, že muže přejelo neznámé vozidlo. Kriminalistickým pátráním byl následně dohledán trolejbus, který muže přejel. Pro stanovení průběhu předmětné dopravní nehody byl v rámci trestního řízení vyžádán znalecký posudek. Řešení posudku vyžadovalo provedení analýz několika hodin videozáznamů z průmyslových a bezpečnostních kamer tak, aby bylo možné správně vyhodnotit tachografické záznamy tří trolejbusů, které místem nehody projížděly bezprostředně před a po nehodě. Pro potřeby řešení bylo provedeno několik experimentů, kterými byly získávány údaje potřebné pro řešení a ověřována správnost hypotéz z předběžného simulačního modelování.cs
dc.description.abstractIn August 2015 at 5am in the town of a regional city dead man who was lying on the road has been found. At the initial examination shown that there was a traffic accident between a man and unknown vehicle. Criminology subsequently traced concrete trolley that ran over a man. For analysing and determining of the course of an incident in the criminal proceedings the Institute of Forensic Engineering of BUT has been appointed by police. It was necessary to analyse several hours of video from industrial and security cameras and evaluate technographical record of three trolleybuses, which have passed through the accident site immediately before and after the accident as well. To complete the work was also important to carry out an investigation experiment involving identical trolleys and figurant under similar conditions as in the formation of the concrete accident. The course and the cause of the accident have been solved.en
