Návrh optimalizace způsobu financování bydlení v ČR

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu možností financování bydlení v České Republice. Nejprve popisuje základní charakteristiky trhu s byty. Dále představuje možnosti financování bydlení pomocí různých nástrojů finančního trhu, především pak teoretické a praktické aspekty stavebního spoření a hypotečního úvěru. Pro daný typ investora navrhuji způsoby financování jeho bytových potřeb. Následně porovnávám výhody, nevýhody a finanční náročnost jednotlivých variant a doporučuji optimální řešení pro tohoto investora.This bachelor's thesis is focused on analysing the options of housing financing in the Czech Republic. In the first instance this bachelor's thesis describes basic characteristics of the property market. Then it shows the options of housing financing by means of financial market tools, especially theoretical and practical aspects of building saving and mortgage credit. I suggest several methods of housing financing for a concrete client. Then I compare the advantages, disadvantages and financial demands of the individual alternates and recommend the optimal solution of housing financing for this client.
