dc.description.abstractBytové domy v Brně na ulici Veveří jsou navrženy s ohledem na pohyb lidí a přirozené pěší trasy v okolí Tomu je přizpůsoben tvar a funkčnost bytového komplexu. Prostorová koncepce domů je navržena s cílem maximalizovat pohodlí obyvatel. Hlavní principy prostorového uspořádání zahrnují minimalizaci přístupových koridorů, orientaci bytů ke světovým stranám a možnost příčného provětrání bytů. Zároveň jsou společné prostory navrženy tak, aby byly atraktivní pro všechny obyvatele. Ambicí návrhu je osvěžit některé osvědčené principy výstavby bytových, zejména i pavlačových domů, návrh zdůrazňuje funkci vstupních prostor do bytových jednotek jako místo k setkávání. Záměrem je tak zvýšit kvalitu bydlení a vytvořit prostředí, ve kterém obyvatelé budou moci užívat společné prostory a potkávat se s ostatními obyvateli domu i lidmi z okolí. Věnuji zvláštní pozornost vytváření prostor, které nebudou sloužit pouze nájemníkům navržené budovy, ale i širší komunitě lidí. Tento návrh tak zahrnuje prostor, který bude otevřený i pro okolní obyvatele a vytvoří tak veřejné prostranství, které přispěje k životu městského prostředí. Mimo jiné, návrh umožňuje obyvatelům domu užít si i vnitroblok, který je dostatečně velký a nabízí tak prostor pro společenské aktivity, hry a relaxaci. Díky tomu bude moci každý obyvatel najít v domě a jeho okolí vhodné místo pro sebe a své zájmy.cs
dc.description.abstractResidential buildings in Brno on Veveří Street are designed with regard to the movement of people and natural pedestrian routes in the vicinity The shape and functionality of the residential complex is adapted to this. The spatial concept of the houses is designed to maximise the comfort of the residents. The main principles of the spatial layout include the minimisation of access corridors, the orientation of the apartments to the cardinal points and the possibility of cross ventilation of the apartments. At the same time, common areas are designed to be attractive to all residents. The ambition of the design is to refresh some of the proven principles of apartment building, particularly pavilion buildings, and the design emphasises the function of the entrance spaces to the units as a gathering place. In doing so, the intention is to enhance the quality of living and to create an environment in which residents can enjoy the communal areas and meet other residents and people from the surrounding area. I pay particular attention to creating spaces that will not only serve the tenants of the proposed building, but also the wider community of people. This proposal therefore includes a space that will be open to the surrounding residents, creating a public space that will contribute to the vibrancy of the urban environment. Amongst other things, the proposal allows the residents of the building to enjoy the courtyard, which is large enough to offer space for social activities, play and relaxation. This will allow each resident to find a suitable place for themselves and their interests in and around the house.en
