Vliv provedení energeticky úsporných opatření na pojistnou hodnotu nemovitosti

Abstract

Cílem práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit vliv provedení energeticky úsporných opatření na pojistnou hodnotu nemovitosti s ohledem na prevenci podpojištění v majetkovém pojištění, následně formulovat závěry/doporučení vyplývající z provedené analýzy. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou energeticky úsporných úprav nemovitosti, které by se měli projevit v cenách pojištěného majetku v průběhu vývoje hodnoty nemovitosti. Vysvětluje a rozebírá problematiku energeticky úsporných opatření v odrazu platných norem a porovnává dopad investice na hodnotu pojištění.The goal of the Bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the impact of energy saving measures on the insured value of the property insurance as regards prevention of underinsurance. From the analysis the adequate recommendations are following. This work deals with energy-efficient property modifications that should be reflected in prices of insured property during the development of the property value. The thesis explains and analyzes the energy-saving measures in the reflection of the applicable standards and compares the impact of investments to the value of insurance.
