Jedná se o dvoupodlažní rodinný dům tvaru „U“ s obytným podkrovím a pultovou střechou, nepodsklepený. Objekt těsně navazuje na sousední dům. Dispozice objektu je rozdělena na část denní a část noční. Denní část tvoří obývací místnost přímo propojena s kuchyní a venkovní částí. Noční část rodinného domu je vytvořena v podkroví se třemi pokoji a plnohodnotnou koupelnou s toaletou.It´s a two-storey cellarless family house shaped „U“ with a residential attic and a pent roof. The building is closely connected to the neighboring house. The dispozition of the building is divided into two parts: the part of the day and the part of the night. The part of the day consists of a living room directly connected to the kitchen and the outdoor area. The part of the night is situated in the attic with three romms and the full bathroom with the toilet.
