Rodinný dům sommeliera

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v obci Velešín v jižních Čechách. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. Garáž pro jeden osobní automobil je součástí rodinného domu. Tato novostavba je navržena jako trvalé bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu se vztahem k vínu a sommelierské činnosti. Konstrukční systém je stěnový zděný. Obytná část objektu je zastřešena pultovou střechou a nad garáží je střecha plochá. Pozemek je mírně svažitý, přístupný z místní komunikace orientované na sever.The subject of my bachelor thesis is to design a house in the village Velešín in southern Bohemia. The building has two floors and a partial basement. Garage for one car is part of the house. This new building is designed as permanent housing for a family of four related to wine and sommelier activity. The structural system is a brick wall. Residential part of the building is covered with a shed roof above the garage and the roof is flat. The land is gently sloping, accessible from the local street facing north.
