Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh strategie vstupu vybrané společnosti na zahraniční trh. Společnost sídlí v Brně a specializuje se na výrobu malých domků (tiny houses). Teoretická část se věnuje tématům jako je expanze, strategická analýza a hodnocení rizik. Analytická část zkoumá externí a interní prostředí společnosti, včetně analýzy daného trhu. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na doporučení vhodných návrhů vstupu na zahraniční trh spolu s hodnocením rizik.

The diploma thesis focuses on the proposal of the foreign market entry strategy of the selected company. The company is based in Brno and specializes in the production of tiny houses. The theoretical part covers topics such as expansion, strategic analysis, and risk assessment. The analytical part examines the external and internal environment of the company, including an analysis of the market in question. The third part of the thesis focuses on recommending appropriate proposals for entering the foreign market, along with risk assessment.
