Abstract
Na základě množství analýz, návštěv dané lokality i komunikace s vedením obce, vzešlo jako řešené téma rozvoj stávajícího sportoviště. Celé vytyčené území je až na fotbalové hřiště ve velice neudržovaném stavu. Nachází se zde dva menší ubytovací objekty, které jsou sezónně využívány zejména školami v přírodě a dalšími studenty, ale jejich stav je značně nevyhovující. K fotbalovému hřišti, které je jako jediné udržované náleží stávající zázemí fotbalistů – šatny s klubovnou. Jejich stav je také do jisté míry zhoršený. V platném územním plánu je celý navrhovaný areál na rozhraní dvou ploch, jedna je plocha sportu a individuální rekreace a druhá je plocha k prověření. Urbanisticky vychází návrh z umístění stávajícího fotbalového hřiště a zachování nebo zkvalitnění stávajících vazeb na okolí. Většina zpevněných ploch bude pochozích. Součástí návrhu rozvoje sportovních aktivit v obci bylo také cílem najít možné řešení pro parkování turistů, pro které v obci není volný prostor. Zvolená lokalita je výhodná v tom, že když zde vznikne odstavné parkoviště, tak vznikne v blízkosti hlavního vjezdu do obce při silnici II. tř. č. 420 vedoucí z Hustopečí skrz obec. Architektonicky, ale i koncepčně vychází stavby z ekonomických možností obce, z možností variability řešení a hlavně z možností etapizace výstavby. Výsledkem jsou dvě budovy. Jedna hlavní, nahrazuje zázemí fotbalistů, vytváří jim podmínky pro celoroční tréninky v nové tělocvičně, pro posilování ve fitness, zároveň je část budovy tribunou fotbalovému hřišti. Druhou budovou je ubytování, které nahrazuje stávající nevyhovující stavby. Architektonicky se jedná o hmoty, které jsou značně ovlivněny danými moduly. Konstrukčně je budova ubytování a zázemí sportovní haly navržena z typizovaných modulových systémů, z ocelových kontejnerů, které jsou vzájemně propojeny a vytváří tak neobvyklou podívanou. Prostor tělocvičny je vymezen železobetonovým montovaným skeletem. Obě budovy jsou opláštěny zlatým eloxovaným plechem, který je profilován obdobně jako jsou profilovány obvodové stěny kontejnerů. Současně bylo cílem vytvořit celoroční sportoviště, která jsou přístupná široké veřejnosti a mládeži.

Urban design is based on the location of the existing soccer field and the preservation or improvement of existing links to the surrounding area. Most of the paved areas will be overtaken. Part of the design of the development of sports activities in the village was also to find a possible solution for parking for tourists, for which there is no free space in the village. The chosen location is advantageous in that, when a parking lot will be created, it will be created near the main entrance to the village on road II. Cl. No. 420 from Hustopeče through the village. Architectonically, but also conceptually, the construction is based on the economic possibilities of the municipality, the possibilities of variability of the solution and especially of the possibilities of staging construction. The result are two buildings. One main, replacing the background of spccer players, creates the conditions for year-round training in the new gym, for going to fitness, while part of the building is a platform for the soccer field. The second building is an accommodation that replaces the existing unsatisfactory buildings. Architecturally, they are masses that are greatly affected by the modules. The building structure and the facilities of the sports hall are structurally designed from standardized modular systems, steel containers that are interconnected to create an unusual spectacle. The area of the gym is defined by a reinforced concrete skeleton. Both buildings are covered with gold anodized sheet metal, which is profiled similarly to the peripheral walls of the containers. At the same time, the object was to create year-round sports grounds that are accessible to the general public and youth.
