Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá medzinárodnou marketingovou stratégiou expanzie českej firmy podnikajúcej v stavebnom priemysle. Záverečná práca je celkovo rozdelená na tri časti. Prvá časť práce poskytuje teoretické východiská potrebné k porozumeniu problematike. Druhá časť sa venuje analýze súčasného stavu s ohľadom na konkrétnu spoločnosť a prieskum trhu, na ktorý sa zameriava. Tretia časť obsahuje konkrétne návrhy a odporúčania pre expanziu, ktoré vychádzajú z analytickej časti práce.The master’s thesis is focused on the international marketing strategy of the expansion of a Czech company, which is focused on the construction industry. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis provides the theoretical background. The second part deals with the analysis of the current situation with regard to the specific company and the market research on which it focuses. The third part includes the specific recommendations for expansion, based on the analytical part of the thesis.
