Rodinný dům v Trnavě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu v obci Trnava u Zlína. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní rodinný dům s vestavěnou garáží v 1NP. Objekt byl navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. V prvním nadzemním podlaží tedy 1NP se nachází předsíň orientovaná na sever, která sousedí s garáží a schodišťovým prostorem. Obývací pokoj je zde spolu s kuchyní a jídelnou orientovaný na jih. Suterén objektu představuje obytnou část a nachází se zde na západ orientovaná koupelna dětí, kotelna a východně orientovaná koupelna rodičů. Na jižní stranu jsou orientovány dva dětské pokoje a ložnice rodičů. Obvodové konstrukce jsou tvořeny z broušených keramických tvárnic zateplených kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vodorovnou nosnou konstrukci tvoří železobetonová monolitická deska. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou se sklonem 5°. Bakalářská práce je zpracována ve formě projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby.The present Bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a house in the municipality of Trnava near Zlín. It is a two-storey house with a built-in garage on the first above-ground floor. The house was designed for a four-member family. On the first above-ground floor there is a north-facing hall that adjoins a garage and a staircase area. The open-concept kitchen-living room faces south. The basement of the house represents the living area and it locates a west-facing bathroom of the children, a boiler room, and an east-facing bathroom of the parents. Three bedrooms, two for the children and one for the parents, face south. The peripheral wall constructions are made of surface-ground ceramic brick with external thermal insulation composite system. The horizontal structure is made of reinforced concrete monolithic plate. The building has a pent roof with the slope of 5°. The Bachelor’s thesis is made in the form of detail design documentation.
