Motivace zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců, a to konkrétně ve společnosti Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o. V úvodní části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky týkající se tématu motivace. Následuje analýza stávajících motivačních faktorů ve firmě, na kterou navazuje dotazníkové šetření. Na výsledcích tohoto šetření jsou založena závěrečná doporučení pro zvýšení pracovní motivace zaměstnanců.This master thesis deals with motivation of emplyees in the company Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o. In the initial part of this thesis are summarized theoretical knowledge concerning the topic of motivation. The following is an analysis of existing motivational factors in the company, which is followed by a survey. On the results of this survey are based final recommendations to increase employee motivation.
