Administrativní budova s kavárnou

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace novostavby administrativní budovy s kavárnou, která bude umístěn ve městě Pardubice. Objekt můžeme pomyslně rozdělit na dvě části, na část s kavárnou a na administrativní část. Část objektu s kavárnou je pouze jednopodlažní a není podsklepená. Administrativní část objektu je podsklepená a má tři nadzemní podlaží, dohromady má tedy čtyři podlaží. V podzemním podlaží se nachází garáž pro parkování, technická místnost, strojovna vzduchotechniky a místnost pro baterie. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází prostory kavárny a taká vstupní část do administrativy, kde najdeme recepci, pár menších kanceláří a konferenční místnost. Druhé a třetí nadzemní podlaží slouží pro administrativní účely. V těchto patrech jsou umístěné vstupní haly, kuchyňky, hygienické zázemí a dále pak také kanceláře menších i větších rozměrů. Veškerá podlaží jsou propojena schodištěm a výtahem. Do objektu je proveden bezbariérový přístup. Vedle budovy je také venkovní parkoviště, které mimo jiné má k dispozici místo pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Čtyř podlažní objekt je založen na bílé vaně, jednopodlažní objekt je založen na základových patkách. Konstrukční systém je skeletový, po obvodě vyplněn zdivem z keramických tvárnic s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Příčky v objektu jsou tvořeny z pórobetonových tvárnic, schodišťový trakt tvoří železobetonová ztužující jádro, jeho stěny jsou tedy z železobetonu. Podzemní podlaží je po obvodě tvořeno stěnami bílé vany. Stropní konstrukce jsou navrženy jako desky z monolitického železobetonu. Střecha nad objektem je jednoplášťová plochá. Fasáda bude převážně bílé barvy, v některých částech bude požita barva šedá a celý pohled je doplněn o dekorativní stěrku na soklu domu v tmavě šedém odstínu.The aim of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new administrative building with a café, to be located in the city of Pardubice. The building can be conceptually divided into two parts: the café section and the administrative section. The café part is a single-story structure without a basement. The administrative part has a basement and three above-ground floors, totaling four floors. The underground floor houses a parking garage, a technical room, an HVAC machine room, and a battery room. The first above-ground floor contains the café premises and the entrance area to the administration, which includes a reception, a few smaller offices, and a conference room. The second and third above-ground floors serve administrative purposes. These floors feature entrance halls, kitchenettes, sanitary facilities, as well as offices of both smaller and larger dimensions. All floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator. The building is designed with barrier-free access. An outdoor parking lot is located in front of the building, which includes, among others, spaces for persons with reduced mobility and orientation. The four-story structure is founded on a "white tank" system (waterproof concrete), while the single-story structure is founded on pad foundations. The structural system is a skeleton frame, with the perimeter filled with ceramic block masonry and an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Interior partitions are made of aerated concrete blocks. The staircase tract forms a reinforced concrete stiffening core; therefore, its walls are made of reinforced concrete. The perimeter of the underground floor consists of "white tank" walls. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the building is a single-skin flat roof. The facade will be predominantly white, with grey used in some parts, and the overall design is complemented by a decorative screed on the building's plinth in a dark grey shade.
