První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska o obci, rozpočtové soustavě a rozpočtu obcí. Druhá část se zabývá základní charakteristikou obce Čejč a analyzuje její hospodaření. Ve třetí části jsou návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace a možnosti, kde by obce mohla získat dotace pro další rozvoj. | cs |

The first part of the work is focused on teoretical resoures of the community, budgetary system and the budget of the municipality. The second part deals with basic charakteristic municipality Čejč and analytics her managament. In the third part there are distcribed ideas for the economy improvements of situation and oppotrunities, where the municipality could obtain grants for further development. | en |
