Strategická analýza podniku a doporučení opatření pro jeho další směřování

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit předešlou a současnou situaci tržního postavení společnosti K. s.r.o., včetně komparace prvků strategického řízení dosavadního i nového managementu firmy. U analyzované firmy byla provedena celková strategická analýza - tedy externí i interní analýza firmy včetně vyhodnocení rizik a výsledků finanční analýzy. Díky strategické analýze firmy K. byly získány důležité informace potřebné k následnému zhodnocení předchozí a současně implementované firemní strategie. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení závěrů a stanovení doporučení, která povedou k celkovému zlepšení současného postavení firmy a k udržení její konkurenceschopnosti.The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the previous and current situation of the K. s.r.o. company market position, including a comparison of the strategic administration of the former and new management. A complete strategic analysis was performed in the analysed company - i.e. external and internal analysis of the company including the evaluation of risks and results of the financial analysis. Thanks to the strategic analysis of the K. company, important information was gained, necessary for the subsequent evaluation of the previously and currently implemented company strategy. The result of the thesis is an evaluation of conclusions and determination of recommendations which will lead to a general improvement of the current position of the company and to maintaining its competitive strength.
