Abstract

Tato diplomová práce nás uvádí do problematiky snížení ceny rodinného domu v důsledku vady střešní konstrukce. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickými východisky pro ocenění residenčního rodinného domu s vadou. V druhé kapitole je uveden realitní průzkum. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na možné vady a poruchy střech. V poslední kapitole lze nalézt příklad ocenění rodinného domu s vadou. Cílem je vytvořit návrh postupu pro snížení ceny nemovitosti s vadou střešní konstrukce.This master’s thesis provides us into the issues of reduction of house prices due to roof structure defect. First charter takes interest in theorethical solutions for residential houses valuation with defects.Real estate survey is introduced in chapter two. The third part of this master’s thesis is focused on possible roof structure defects and malfunctions. In last charter we can find the valuation of house with defect. The main goal of this thesis is to create a procedure for the reduction of property price with roof structure defect.
