Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na variantní řešení developerského projektu. Práce postupně definuje stavební zakázku, fáze výstavby, způsoby financování. Dále popisuje typy developerů, smluvní vztahy mezi účastníky developerských projektů a metody stavění. V praktické části je tato práce zaměřena na konkrétní variantní řešení developerského projektu.The thesis is focused on alternative solutions development project. The thesis defines a construction contract, the construction phase of financing. It also describes the types of developers, contractual relationships between the parties to development projects and methods of construction. In the practical part of this work is focused on solving a particular variant of a development project.
