Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu v Uherském Brodě, část Újezdec u Luhačovic. Rodinný dům je navržen jako samostatně stojící a je umístěn na mírně svažitém pozemku na kraji obce. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, podsklepený a jeho součástí je kryté parkovací stání pro dvě auta. Z prvního podlaží je umožněno vstoupit na dřevěnou terasu. V druhém podlaží je terasa vytvořena ustoupením tohoto podlaží. Objekt je proveden z konstrukčního systému PORFIX, střecha je plochá. Projektová dokumentace je zpracována v grafickém programu Autocad.The topic of this bachelor thesis is a new family house in Uherský Brod, part of city Újezdec u Luhačovic. The family house is designed as a detached house and i tis located on slightly sloped ground on the outskirts of the village. The building is two-storeyed, with cellar and its part is a covered parking space for two cars. From the first floor is allowed to enter the wooden terrace. On the second floor, the terrace is created by retreat of this floor. The building is made of the PORFIX structural system, the roof is flat. The project documentation is processed in the Autocad graphic program.
