Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací novostavby rodinného domu. Rodinný dům, ve tvaru písmene „L“, je tvořen obytným křídlem se zastřešením sedlovou střechou a jednopodlažním hospodářským traktem s plochou střechou. Celkové architektonické řešení přízemního rodinného domu s podkrovím a jeho přirozené začlenění do terénu vytváří předpoklady pro příznivé architektonické působení objektu. Objekt je navržen z konstrukčního systému POROTHERM.This thesis deals with the project documentation of a family house. The L-shaped house is formed by residential part with gabled roof and a single deck tract with a flat roof. The whole architectural design of this ground-family house with an attic and its integration into the natural terrain creating favourable conditions for architectural effect of the building. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM.
