Optimalizace financování bydlení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi financování vlastního bydlení. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat hypoteční úvěr, úvěr ze stavebního spoření a ostatní možnosti financování bydlení. Financování bydlení je prezentováno na konkrétním bytě. V další části jsou porovnány jednotlivé nabídky hypotečních úvěrů pro fiktivního klienta. Na závěr je zvolena optimální varianta financování bydlení.The bachelor´s thesis concerns with options of personal housing financing. The goal of the thesis is to define the mortgage loan, loan from building savings and other options in housing financing. The specific flat is used as a model housing financing. In following part of the thesis there are compared individual bank proposals of mortgage loans for an imaginary client. In the end the optimal option of the housing financing is chosen.
