Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnání rozpočtové ceny stavebního objektu v době realizace stavby a ceny rozpočtované pro rok 2013. V teoretické části se zabývám tvorbou cen ve stavebnictví a v praktické části samotným rozpočtem rodinného domu a následným porovnáním rozpočtovaných cen.
This bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of budgetary price of the building project at the time of acquisition and the price budgeted for 2013. Theoretical part deals with pricing in civil engineering and in the practical part is described actual budget of the family house and than the comparison of budgeted prices.
