Rodinný dům s provozovnou Litomyšl

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu s projekční kanceláří. Dům je umístěn na okraji městské části Lány u Litomyšle. Jedná se o samostatně stojící budovu s dvěma nadzemními podlažími a částečně podsklepeným suterénem. Objekt je navržen jako zděná stavba, kde svislé konstrukce jsou z konstrukčního systému POROTHERM a ztraceného bednění DITON ZB 30. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou z POT nosníků a MIAKO vložek. Obytná část je zastřešena sedlovou šikmou střechou s vikýřem a střešními okny. Střešní konstrukce nad projekční kanceláří a garáží je jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Práce obsahuje dokumentační a výkresovou část, která je zpracována jako prováděcí dokumentace.The aim of this thesis is a new family house with a design office. The house is located on the outskirts of the city Lany u Litomyšle. It is a detached building with two floors and a partial basement podsklepeným. The building is designed as a brick building where the vertical structure of the structural system POROTHERM and shuttering Gaskets ZB 30th horizontal structures are made of beams POT and inserts MIAKO. The residential part is covered with a pitched roof with gabled dormer and skylight windows. Roof structure to the design office and the garage is single-layer flat roof. Work includes documentation and drawing part that is handled as a detailed documentation.
