Novostavba rodinného domu

Abstract

Projekt řeší technickou dokumentaci částečně podsklepeného rodinného domu v obci Horní Lhota. Budova je umístěna na svažitém terénu. Dům má půdorysný tvar dvou obdélníků a má dvě sedlové střechy. V suterénu se nachází technické zázemí domu a místnost hobby. V 1NP se odehrává veškerý provoz obyvatel domu a podkroví je navrženo jako klidová, odpočinková část s hygienickým zázemím.The project solvesthe technical documentation of thefamily house, partly with basement, in the village Horní Lhota. The building is located on sloping terrain. Ground plan of house has a shape of two rectangles with two double pitched roofs. In the basement the reis the technical back ground of the house and hobby room. In the 1st floor is taking place all activities of inhabitants and the atticis designed as a quiet, relaxing area with sanitary facilities.
