V teoretické části jsou popsány metody finanční analýzy, její uživatelé a ukazatelé, pomocí kterých jsou zjištěny problémy společnosti v oblasti finanční stability. Na základě těchto problémů jsou identifikovány návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace společnosti.cs
