Abstract
Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na analýzu a historii bydlení, nástroje na podporu bytové politiky, současné trendy a systém financování bytové potřeby v České republice. Cílem práce je vlastní řešení projektu financování bytové potřeby.
The theoretical part of Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the analysis and the history of housing, tools to support housing policy, current trends and the housing finance system in the Czech Republic. The goal is the own solution to the housing finance needs.
