Praktická část práce je zaměřena na finanční a strategickou analýzu firmy. Návrh ohodnocení společnosti je proveden pomocí teoretických metod, ale také stanovením specifických kritérií podle nichž lze odhadnout reálnou cenu firmy. | cs |

The practical part of the work provides financial and strategical analysis of the company.
