Tvorba vnitropodnikových směrnic ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vnitropodnikové směrnice inventarizace majetků a závazků a pravidel týkajících se pohledávek od jejich vzniku až po řešení jejich vymahatelnosti ve společnosti. Výstupem práce je návrh směrnice pro Inventarizaci majetku a závazků a dále návrh managementu pohledávek.The bachelor’s thesis is concerned with the issue of interdepartmental directives regarding inventory recording of assets and liabilities and guidelines regarding receivables from their inception up to their prosecution in a company. The output of the thesis is a concept of the directive for inventory recording of assets and liabilities and furthermore the concept of receivables management.
