Simulátor vozovky DynoTec

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá rekonštrukciou simulátoru vozovky, ktorý sa nachádza na Ústave konštruovania. Na začiatku práce som sa venoval prehľadu súčasných simulátorov vozoviek a testerov podvozkov. V druhej časti som rozoberal súčasný stav simulátoru a zaoberal som sa návrhom konštrukčných variant krytu a vystužení nosného rámu bubna. V ďalšej časti je uvedené konštrukčné riešenie optimálnej varianty krytu a uchytenia vozíka. V závere mojej práce je porovnanie vypočítaných a experimentálne nameraných hodnôt vlastnej frekvencie nosného rámu bubna a taktiež porovnanie frekvencie pred a po vystužení rámu.This Bachelor thesis is concerned about reconstruction of road simulators, which is located in Institute of Machine and Industrial Design. At the beginning of this thesis I was interested in overview of current road simulators and undercarriage testers. In the second section I engaged in current state of simulators and I paid attention to various proposals of cover construction and reinforcing of a drum carriage frame. In the next section I have stated a solution for the ideal option of cover construction and a cart attachment. In the conclusion of my bachelor thesis I have compared calculated and experimental values of drum carriage frame frequency. I have also compared the frequency before and after reinforcing of carriage frame of the drum.
