Novostavba rodinného domu

Abstract

Projekt řeší technickou dokumentaci podsklepeného rodinného dvojdomu v obci Šumice. Budova je umístěna na rovinatém terénu v proluce mezi stávajícími rodinnými domy. Dům má půdorysný tvar obdelníku a má dvě pultové střechy. Suterén slouží jako technické a relaxační zázemí domu, první nadzemní podlaží slouží jako hygienické a společenské zázemí domu a podkroví slouží jako obytný prostor s hygienickým zázemím.The project deals with the technical documentation of basement family semi-detached house in the village Šumice. The building is located on flat terrain in the gap between existing single-family homes. The house has a rectangular ground plan and has two roof rack. The basement serves as a technical background and a relaxation of the house, the first floor serves as a health and social background of the house and attic serves as a living area with sanitary facilities.
