Abstract
Tato práce pojednává o konceptu volení online. Krátce popisuje jaké další volební metody se v demokratických zemí používají. Detailně popisuje země které používají online volení (celostátně a částečně) a take země, které pilotovali nebo zkoušeli používat online volby a také z jakého důvodu přestali. V posledních dvou částech se práce zabývá pozitivy a negativy které online volební systémy mohou představovat, včetně analýzy volebních dat z Estonska.
This thesis talks about the concept of online voting. It briefly describes what other voting methods are used in democratic countries across the world, and then in detail describes what countries are using online voting (nationwide and partially), and what countries have piloted or tried using the system in the past and what was the reason for its cancelation. In the last two parts, the thesis discusses the positives and negatives that online voting systems may represent, including analyzing voting data gathered from Estonia.

Student přednesl velmi dobrou obhajobu své bakalářské práce a úspěšně zodpověděl kladené otázky: Since voting in Australia is mandatory, can you explain what reasons it had to abandon the online voting project with the Defense Department, nor has it expanded the iVote beyond New South Wales? (mentioned on p. 32) On page 35 you mention a TIVI solution developed by the Estonian government. Is it different from Estonian iVote? If so, can you explain how.
