Náklady na dodatečné povolení stavby

Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá řešením otázky spojené s oceněním stavby nepovolené, respektive s náklady, které je nutno zohlednit při zpracování znaleckého posudku, na právní narovnání stavu stavby. V rámci disertační práce se autor zabývá způsobem oceňování staveb poškozených, nepovolených a neoprávněných a v rámci návrhu standardizace znaleckého posudku stavby nepovolené je jedním z faktorů, které se musí ve znaleckém posudku zohlednit i to, že náklady na dodatečné povolení stavby nebývají často zrovna zanedbatelné a mohou mít významný vliv na celkovou cenu stavby.The paper deals with the issues associated with the valuation of unauthorized constructions or rather with the costs of the legal status of settlement construction that must be taken into account when processing an expert opinion. In the context of the thesis, the author discusses the valuation of damaged, illegal and unauthorized buildings. As part of the proposal to standardize the expert opinion of unauthorized construction, one of the factors that must be also taken into account in the expert evidence is the cost of additional construction permits which is often not exactly negligible and can have a significant impact on the overall cost of construction.
