Návrh procesu skladového hospodářství dle ČSN ISO 9001:2000

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce „Návrh procesu skladového hospodářství dle ČSN ISO 9001:2000“ je analyzovat současný stav skladování ve vybrané firmě a porovnat průběh jednotlivých procesů s požadavky kladenými systémem managementu jakosti dle normy ČSN ISO 9001:2000. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty dosavadní poznatky v oblasti skladování, definován management jakosti a nejdůležitější požadavky managementu jakosti na procesy skladování ve firmě. V praktické části je na základě provedené analýzy procesů skladového hospodářství v podniku navržen postup pro jejich zefektivnění.The aim of the thesis “Proposal of the Stock Holding Process according to ČSN ISO 9001:2000” is to analyze the current process of stock holding in a particular company and compare it with the requirements of quality management system according to the norm ČSN ISO 9001:2000. The theoretical part consists of on analysis of the existing knowledge in the area of warehousing, a definition of quality management and basic concepts of quality management related to stock holding in a company. The practical part of the thesis describes a procedure of making the analyzed processes of stock holding more effective.
