| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této práce je na základě kritické analýzy kancelářského developmentu stanovit rozvojový potenciál tohoto realitního segmentu a současně tedy predikovat budoucí vývoj tržních charakteristik (nabídky, poptávky, neobsazenosti, investic, nájemného, výnosů a cen) a vytvoření modelových scénářů možného vývoje směrem optimistickým, realistickým či pesimistickým. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou, která vymezuje základní pojmy potřebné k pochopení problému. Dále pak vývoj a současný stav související s daným tématem a samotnou predikci vývoje trhu s kancelářským prostorem. | cs |

The work includes a theoretical part, which defines the basic concepts needed to understand the problem.
