dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci vypracovávám projektovou dokumentaci k novostavbě bytového domu s provozovnou. Objekt je třípodlažní. V 1NP je umístěna prodejna a garáže, ve 2NP a 3NP byty. Stavba je navržena jako monolitický železobetonový skelet s plochou střechou. Obvodové stěny jsou sendvičové z keramického zdiva s kontaktním zateplením.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The theme of my dissertation is creation of technical dokumentacion for the Apartment Building with Commercial premises. The building is three storey. In the 1st floor is located a shop and garage, in the 2nd floor and 3rd floor apartments. The building is designed as a monolithic concrete frame contruction with flat roof. Peripheral walls are sandwich ones made from ceramics masonry and contacts thermal insulation systém.	en
