dc.description.abstractProluka naproti Obilnímu trhu je dlouhodobě zanedbávanou oblastí a působí neesteticky. Poloha místa je ideální pro vystavbu objektu veřejného zájmu, jelikož se nachází v blízkosti centra a zároveň je obklopena přírodou, zejména pak parkem Špilberk. Návrh řeší situaci vystavbou multifunkční budovy, ve které sídlí zejména Úřad městské části Brno střed, Kancelář architekta města Brna a Urban Centrum. Prostory lákají svym variabilním využitím a také vzájemnou komunikací budovy s venkovními prostory. Urbanismus návrhu respektuje a doplňuje okolní veřejné prostranství, a zároveň nenarušuje aktuální stav veřejné infrastruktury a života ve městě. Návrh naopak podporuje atraktivitu místa i města Brna jako takového.cs
dc.description.abstractThe gap on the opposite side of Obilní trh has been a neglected area for a long time and it looks unaesthetic. The location of the place is ideal for the construction of a building of public interest as it is located near the city center and at the same time it is surrounded by nature especially the park around the castle Spilberk. The situation is solved in this thesis by designing a multifunctional building which houses mainly the Office of district Brno střed, Brno City Architect's Office and the Urban Center. The premises attract with their variable use and also with the mutual communication of the building with the outdoor spaces. The urbanism of the design respects and complements the surrounding public space while not disturbing the current state of public infrastructure and life in the city. On the contrary, the design supports the attractiveness of the place and the city of Brno as such.en
