Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výběru e-shopové platformy z marketingového hlediska při přechodu podniku z vlastního řešení na SaaS platformu. Cílem práce je navrhnout metodický postup umožňující systematické posuzování vhodnosti jednotlivých e-shopových řešení s ohledem na marketingové potřeby. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na oblast e-commerce podnikání a faktory ovlivňující výběr e-shopových platforem. V rámci práce byla použita PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýza. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti modelovými podniky. Výsledkem práce je návrh doporučeného postupu pro výběr e-shopové platformy zohledňující marketingové, technické a strategické aspekty rozhodování.
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of selecting an e-commerce platform from a marketing perspective when transitioning from a custom-built solution to a SaaS platform. The aim of the thesis is to propose a methodological approach enabling systematic evaluation of individual e-commerce solutions with regard to marketing needs. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on e-commerce business and factors influencing the selection of e-commerce platforms. The thesis applies PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, and SWOT analysis. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with five model companies. The result of the thesis is a proposed recommended procedure for selecting an e-commerce platform that considers marketing, technical, and strategic aspects of decision-making.

Student ve své prezentaci seznámil komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěl. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Otázku z posudku vedoucího student zodpověděl v plném rozsahu, otázky z posudku oponenta zodpověděl v plném rozsahu. Otázky členů komise:

Na základě přednesené prezentace a odpovědí na otázky položené v diskusi komise rozhodla, že student práci obhájil.
