Nová sklárna v Květné

Abstract

Projekt se zabývá revitalizací areálu sklárny v Květné, která po období úpadku usiluje o obnovení své prestiže. Cílem je modernizovat a zefektivnit provoz sklárny, doplnit chybějící funkce a otevřít areál veřejnosti. Klíčovými prvky návrhu jsou novostavba hotelu, rekonstrukce Baťova domku na sklárnu a celkové zmenšení a sjednocení areálu. Nově vzniklý veřejný prostor má sloužit jako lokální centrum obce a podpořit kulturní i turistický rozvoj regionu. Architektonické řešení vychází z tradičních materiálů a klade důraz na udržitelnost, energetickou efektivitu a propojení sklárny s veřejností.

The project focuses on the revitalisation of the Květná glassworks site, which is seeking to restore its prestige after a period of decline. The aim is to modernise and streamline the operation of the glassworks, add missing functions and open the site to the public. The key elements of the design are a new hotel, the reconstruction of the Bata House into a glassworks and the overall reduction and unification of the site. The newly created public space is intended to serve as a local centre of the village and to support the cultural and tourist development of the region. The architectural design is based on traditional materials and emphasises sustainability, energy efficiency and the connection between the glassworks and the public.
