Abstract
Zámerom bakalárskej práce je návrh rodinného domu v meste Brno - Soběšice, na ulici Habrová. Dom je navrhnutý pre štvorčlennú rodinu. Dom má dve nadzemné podlažia, druhé nadzemné podlažie je obytné podkrovie so sedlovou strechou. Obvodové murivo je z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Parcela je mierne svahovitá. Súčasťou návrhu je tepelnotechnické posúdenie, akustické posúdenie a požiarne bezpečnostné posúdenie.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is design new single - family house in Brno - Soběšice, street Habrová. The house is designed for four - member family. The house is designed as two - storey house, with the second - attic floor and saddle roof. External walls in basement are made of brick blocks Porotherm. The plot is gently sloping. Part of the design in thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment.
