Doplňuje významné městské budovy a vytváří prostor pro expozici nejrůznějších forem. Řeší také propojení městské zeleně a rekreačních ploch na trase Lužánky - centrum města. Interiér je co nejvíce variabilní se dvěma výstavními režimy - zateměný a osvětleným - zavřenou a otevřenou fasádou. V budově je umístěno 25 parkovacích míst. | cs |

It becomes a part of important city buildings and creates a space for exposion of various foms. If also deals with connection of urban greenery and recreation areas between Lužánky parc and city center.
