Abstract

Práce se zbývá návrhem alternativního bydlení pro rodiny s dětmi v podobě colivingu, tedy určitým druhem spolubydlení. Dotýká se současného problému krize bydlení a novodobých trendů životního stylu, kdy se lidé nechtějí vázat na jedno místo. Diplomová práce navazuje na předdimplomní projekt, který se zabýval historií, fungováním a principy sdíleného bydlení. Jeho součástí bylo také analyzování parcely na Trnité.The thesis is a proposal for alternative housing for families with children in the form of coliving, a type of cohabitation. It touches on the current problem of the housing crisis and modern lifestyle trends, where people do not want to be tied to one place. The thesis follows on from a pre-graduate project that dealt with the history, functioning and principles of sharing housing. It also included an analysis of the plot on Trnítá.
