dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem penzionu s vinárnou. Objekt se nachází na okraji obce Šardice. Jedná se o podsklepený jednopodlažní objekt s obytným podkrovím a je zastřešen sedlovou střechou s vikýři. Půdorys budovy je obdélníkový s vchodem orientovaným na severovýchod. V prvním podlaží se nachází restaurace se zázemím a pokoje pro hosty, z nichž dva jsou řešeny jako bezbariérové. Ve 2NP se nachází pouze pokoje pro hosty. Konstrukční systém budovy je zděný. Nosné svislé konstrukce jsou tvořeny ztraceným bedněním v 1PP, pórobetonovými tvárnicemi pro obvodové zdivo a vápenopískovými tvárnicemi pro nosné vnitřní zdivo. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny z předpjatých dutinových stropních panelů. Nosnou konstrukci krovu tvoří vaznicová soustava.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This Diploma Thesis solves design of the pension with wine bar. The building is located on the edge of the of village Šardice. It is a single storey basement building with attic that is roofed by a gable roof with dormers. Floor plan of the building is rectangular with the entrance facing northeast. There is a restaurant with facilities on the first floor and guest rooms where two of them are designed as wheel chair accessible. On the second floor there are only guest rooms. The construction of the building is structural masonry system. Bearing vertical structures are made of permanent formwork in the ground floor, for external walls are used aerated concrete blocks and for the inner bearing masonry are used lime sand-lime blocks. Horizontal bearing structures consists of prestressed hollow core slab, bearing structure of the roof consists of purlin roof.	en
