Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je novostavba Domu s pečovatelskou službou, který bude sloužit obyvatelům města Hronov a jeho bližšího okolí. Budova je zděná a střecha je řešena jako plochá. Objekt je tvořen suterénem a třemi nadzemními podlažími. Pozemek se nachází v mírně svažitém terénu. Jedná se o objekt pro bydlení a ubytování. V 1NP se nachází ordinace praktického lékaře, kadeřnictví a pedikúra, které slouží i pro veřejnost. Objekt je řešen s ohledem na osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu. Součástí objektu je parkoviště.Theme of the master’s thesis is new building of nursing home that will serve residents of the town Hronov and its closer surroundings. The building is brick and the roof is designed as a horizontal. The building consists of a basement and three floors. Plot is situated in a slightly sloping terrain. It is an object of Housing and accommodation. On the 1st floor there is general practitioner, hairdressing and pedicure that serve the public. The building is designed with regard to persons with reduced mobility. There is a parking place next to building.
