Možnosti financování stavební investice v obci

Abstract

Tuto bakalářskou práci „Možnosti financování stavební investice v obci“ jsem rozdělila na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám definováním investic, finančními zdroji a mimo jiné i neziskovým sektorem – konkrétně neziskovými státními a nestátními organizacemi, jejich členěním a financováním. V praktické části se opět zaobírám financováním, tentokrát ale konkrétní stavby řadící se do neziskového sektoru. Jelikož mám k městu Bystřice nad Pernštejnem velice blízko, tak jsem si pro tuto příležitost vybrala rekonstrukci budovy Mateřské školky Pohádka sídlící právě v tomto městě. Provedla jsem rozbor jednotlivých možných variant financování rekonstrukce a poukázala na vhodný způsob financování pro město.My bachelor’s thesis „Possibilities of financing of construction investment in municipality“ is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part contains definition of investment, the possibility of financial resources and also thesis includes non-profit sector. I particularly deal with non-profit and non-governmental organizations, their classification and funding. The practical part is directed again to financing but this time financing specifically construction belonging to non-profit sector. For this opportunity I chose the reconstruction of the building of kindergarten Pohádka located in town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. I performed analysis of particular possibilities that could be used to financing of the building reconstruction. Finally I also pointed to the appropriate way of financing for this city.
