Dne 1. října 2015 vstoupil v platnost nový zákon o prevenci závažných havárií č. 224/2015 Sb. Reaguje na změnu evropské legislativy (přijetí směrnice 2012/18/EU), která mění některé aspekty dosavadní praxe v oboru prevence závažných havárií. Článek stručně informuje o hlavních změnách, které uvedený zákon přináší.
A new law on the prevention of major accidents no. 224/2015 came into force on October 1, 2015. It responds to changes in European legislation (the adoption of Directive 2012/18 / EU), which amends certain aspects of current practice in the field of prevention of major accidents. The article informs about the major changes which that law provides.
