Rodinný dům s cestovní kanceláří ve Vyškově

Abstract

Bakalárska práca rieši spracovanie projektovej dokumentácie výstavby rodinného domu s cestovnou kanceláriou. Jedná sa o trojposchodový, čiastočne podpivničený objekt. Cestovná kancelária sa nachádza v 1NP a jej dispozícia je riešená oddelene od obytnej časti domu, s vlastným vchodom. Bytovú časť tvoria v suteréne pivničné priestory s posilňovňou. V 1NP sa nachádza garáž, dielňa a sklad záhradného náradia a nábytku so zadným vchodom do obytnej časti. V dome sa nachádzajú dve bytové jednotky v 2NP a v podkrovnom priestore sedlovej strechy na 3NP.Bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the processing of project documentation of a detached house with travel agency. The building has three floors and basement under part of the construction. Travel agency is located on the ground floor with disposition built separately from residential part and its own entrance. The basement of the residential part consists of cellars and fitness room. On the ground floor is situated garage, workroom and storage of gardening tools and furniture with the back entrance to the residential part. There are two apartments in the building one on the second and one on the third floor in the premises of the saddle roof.
