Krajinný ráz v typologii znaleckých posudků forenzní ekotechniky: les a dřeviny

Abstract

The paper deals with the issue of landscape character within the expert opinions typology of Forensic ecotechnique: forest and trees. Expert opinions regarding landscape character are classified according to the character of task. There is determining the degree of content complexity of questions of the contracting authority and discipline of expert activities. Examples of particular types of expert opinions together with analysis of difficulty and solution procedure enable their gradual standardisation which represents an instrument to increase exactness of relevant expert opinions.Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou krajinného rázu v rámci typologie znaleckých posudků Forenzní ekotechniky: les a dřeviny. Znalecké posudky týkající se krajinného rázu jsou tříděny na základě charakteru zadání, přičemž určující je míra složitosti obsahu otázek zadavatele a obory znalecké činnosti. Uvedení příkladů jednotlivých typů znaleckých posudků spolu s rozborem náročnosti a postupu řešení umožní jejich postupnou standardizaci představující prostředek vedoucí ke zvýšení exaktnosti relevantních znaleckých posudků.
